Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you register for an event at Soho House Copenhagen. Final wording, legal entities and lawful bases are subject to approval by the Soho House Copenhagen privacy team.
What we collect
Only the details an event needs: your name, contact details, and any requirements you tell us about, such as dietary or accessibility needs. Organisers choose which fields appear, and each field has a defined purpose.
Why we use it
To manage your registration, operate the guest list and door, manage waitlists, and report on attendance. Registering never signs you up for marketing.
Marketing consent
Marketing is always separate, optional and unticked by default. We record the exact wording you agreed to, the date, the channels and interests you chose, and any later withdrawal. You can withdraw at any time from your personal booking link.
Retention
Event data is retained for the period configured by the organiser and is then deleted or anonymised. Consent and suppression records are kept as evidence of your choices.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion of your data, and you may object to processing. Use the request option on your booking page or contact the team.
Security
Access is role-based and enforced on the server. Private event links use long random tokens, door codes are stored hashed, and every door action, export and consent change is written to an audit log.
