This platform sets only what is strictly necessary to operate. No analytics, advertising or other non-essential trackers are loaded, so there is nothing to consent to before you use the site.
Essential storage
A secure session for signed-in staff, and a short-lived, event-scoped session for door staff who entered an access code. Door sessions are held in browser session storage and cleared when the tab closes or you choose Leave.
No tracking
We do not use marketing pixels, cross-site trackers or profiling cookies. If that ever changes, consent will be requested before anything non-essential loads.
Personal links
Private event and booking links are unlisted and excluded from search engines. Pages that display personal information are served with restrictive caching.
